LifeSize Rolls New HD Video Conferencing Systems

Austin-based LifeSize, a developer of high definition video conferencing systems, said this morning that it has rolled out a new product offering 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second. According to LifeSize, its new systems include the LifeSize Room 200, LifeSize Conference 200, and LifeSize Team 200 systems. All of the systems support 1080p at 30 frames per second, or 720p at 60 frames per second over broadband connections. LifeSize said the new systems will be available in November. The LifeSize Room 200 retails at $16,999; LifeSize Conference 200 costs $49,999; and its LifeSize Team 200 has a suggested retail price of $10,999.
