INX Buys VMware Consulting Firm

Houston-based INX said this morning that it has acquired AccessFlow, a Sacramento, California-based consulting firm focused on VMware virtualization products. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. AccessFlow provides consulting around the popular VMware server virtualization software, which is used by companies to consolidate multiple physical servers onto a single machine. INX said its expects the acquisition to be accretive to per-share earnings for the 12-month period following the transaction.
