RenewData Appoints Cohen Legal Services EVP

RenewData, a provider of e-discovery and digital information risk management services, reported Friday that it has hired Richard Cohen as executive vice president of legal services. In this role, Cohen will supervise RenewData's legal team as it prepares custom e-discovery strategies for each client. The Austin, Texas-based company said Cohen hails from an undisclosed legal services organization in which he served as senior vice president and managing director of legal services. He has also served as chief operating officer of Integrex Professional Claims Services and as general counsel at Ohio Power and Columbus Southern Power.
