KingsIsle Rolls Out Of Beta

Plano-based KingsIsle Entertainment, which develops virtual worlds and other online entertainment, said today that the firm has completed closed beta testing for the firm's virtual world, Wizard101. The firm said the site is now open for the general public. The virtual world is focused on "magical adventure" and card collecting, and is targeted at the tween and other audiences. According to KingsIsle, the game has been in development for three years. KingsIsle has operations in both Dallas and Austin.
