TTI Buys French Distributor

Fort Worth-based TTI, a distributor of passive, interconnect, and discrete components for the electronics industry, said Wednesday afternoon that the firm has acquired a French distributor, Mateleco Group. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to TTI, Mateleco is the number one connector distributor in France, and was founded in 1975. TTI's line of products includes resistors, capacitors, discrete semiconductors, and other products used in manufacturing electronic products.
