Pivot3 Inks Canadian Distributor

Austin-based Pivot3, the developer of unified storage and computing appliances headed by Rich Bravman, has signed on a new distributor in Canada. According to Tech Data Canada, it is in a partnership with PIvot3 to distribute PIvot3's products to its partner network throughout Canada. Tech Data Canada is a major distributor of IT products in Canada. The distributor specifically said that Pivot3's appliances make VMware View deployments easy for its channel. VMware View is a virtual desktop software product.
