Mumboe Upgrades Contract Management Software

Austin-based software firm Mumboe said Tuesday that the firm has upgraded the firm's contract management software. According to the firm, the software now can automatically extract key dates, deadlines, and details from agreement documents managed by its system. The firm's software-as-a-service is targeted at corporate deaprtments, such as legal departments, sales, purchasing and human resources, to manage and track their legal contracts. Mumboe offers a number of different versions of its service, including a free service that supports up to three users, ten agreements, and 50MB of storage, and a Pro version that costs $24 per user per month.
