Mumboe Partners With Legal Services Firm

Austin-based contract management software developer Mumboe is expanding its distribution, reporting today that it has forged a partnership with corporate legal services provider General Counsel Solutions. Mumboe explained that, by combining its hosted contract management solution with GCS's legal expertise, companies will be able to reduce contract costs while improving business accountability. Mumboe added that the combined offering will reduce the likelihood that key contract details--such as automatic renewals, expiration dates, rebate windows and termination clauses--will get overlooked. Mumboe will offer GCS clients a free, 90-day trial "test drive" to GCS clients, starting today. Other financial details of the partnership were not disclosed. General Counsel Solutions is headquartered in New York City. Mumboe offers a software-as-a-service offering which helps companies store and track legal contracts.
