Texas Firm to Support Servigistics Software Rollout

Atlanta-based Servigistics Inc., a publisher of strategic service management software, revealed Monday that the India-based subsidiary of auto manufacturer Honda Motor Co. Ltd. will adopt a Servigistics solution in order to streamline operations within its parts business, implemented by the subsidiary of Irving-based Entercoms. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. Servigistics said its Service Parts Management application will help Honda Motor India Pvt. Ltd. reduce inventory while supplying service parts for its car, motorcycle and scooter business units. Servigistics noted that a strategic partner, Entercoms India, will implement and support the software. Entercoms India is a subsidiary of Entercoms Inc., an Irving, Texas-based provider of outsourced after-market services.
