The Planet Boosts Dallas Data Center Footprint

IT hosting firm The Planet reported Monday that it has added some 12,000 square feet to its Dallas D6 data center. The Houston-based company noted that, with the expansion, it now boasts a footprint of approximately 167,000 square feet. The Planet also said the new data center has been optimized for maximum energy efficiency. In all, the Planet operates six data centers—four in Dallas and two in Houston.
