ACS Names Healthcare Head

Affiliated Computer Services Inc. reported Thursday that David Bywater has returned to the company as managing director of its Healthcare Solutions business line. Most recently, the Dallas-based business process outsourcing firm said, Bywater was president for Mediconnect Global. Before that, however, he was senior managing director for ACS' Human Resource Outsourcing Solutions business unit. ACS said he has also held many other management positions within the company, including senior vice president of international operations and managing director of the Healthcare Payer business line. Earlier in his career, ACS added, Bywater worked as a senior manager for Bain & Co.
