Dell Services Names Chief Medical Officer

Plano-based Dell Services, the IT services and consulting arm of Dell, said Monday that it has named Nick van Terheyden, M.D., as its Chief Medical Officer of Dell Healthcare & Life Sciences. Terheyden is the former Chief Medical Information Officer at Nuance Communications, and also has served at Philips Healthcare, Mount Sinai Medical Center, KPMG, Healthcare International and Shell. Dr. Terheyden will focus on providing strategic direction for Dell Services and its work with healthcare organizations, medical professionals and patients.
