Dell Buys IT Consulting Firm

Round Rock-based Dell said late Friday that it has acquired Allin, a Pittsburgh-based provider of Microsoft consulting services. According to Dell, it will pay $12M in stock for Allin, which as approximately 100 employees. Dell will make all Allin and its employees part of its Dell global Services business. Allin has business units in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, as well as San Jose and Walnut Creek, California.
