Petris Buys Two Firms

Houston-based Petris, a provider of data and software for the oil and gas industry, said Thursday that it has acquired two companies. Petris said it has purchased ZEH Software, which develops software for managing 2D and 3D seismic surveys; it also said it has completed its acquisition of Intervera, Ltd., a Canadian firm that develops software for fixing data quality. Financial terms of both deals was not disclosed.
