Powered Buys Three Social Media Firms

Austin-based Powered, a social media agency, said Monday that it has acquired three firms, all in the social media space. According to Powered, it has acquired StepChange, Drillteam, and Crayon, all social media and marketing firms. StepChange is based in Portland, Oregon, and Drillteam and Crayon in New York. Financial terms of those acquisition was not disclosed. Powered is venture backed by Austin Ventures.
