Entrust Lands Michigan Customer

Dallas-based Entrust, announced this morning that Oakland County Michigan has selected the firm as part of an online ecommerce service. Entrust said that the county will use the firm and its extended validation SSL certificates. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. Extended Validation SSL certifications are used in conjunction with web browsers to indicate which web sites are secure. Entrust is a provider of digital identification software and products.
