Multimedia Games Hires Chibib as CFO

Austin-based Multimedia Games Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of electronic gaming units for casinos, charities and bingo halls, reported Monday that Adam D. Chibib will serve as its next chief financial officer, effective Feb. 10. The firm said Chibib boasts nearly two decades of financial management and technology industry experience, including four stints as a CFO. Most recently, Multimedia Games noted, Chibib managed a financial consulting practice, assisting early stage technology companies with debt and equity fund-raising. He previously was CFO for NetSpend Corp., Tippingpoint Technologies, Waveset Technologies and BroadJump Inc. He also enjoyed a two-year term as controller for Tivoli Systems, Multimedia Games added.
