True Games Becomes UTV True Games

Austin-based videogame publisher True Games said Monday that it has renamed itself UTV True Games. True said the move comes as a result of a majority strategic stake in the firm which is owned by Indian firm UTV Software Communications Ltd.. True Games said that its management, operations, and development remain in place. UTV took a majority stake in True Games in late 2008.
