Bazaarvoice Gets Win With Ice.com
Austin-based Bazaarvoice, publisher of software which online retailers to add ratings and reviews of products to their web site, revealed Tuesday that a prominent Internet jewelry vendor, Ice.com, has adopted Bazaarvoice's social commerce solution. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. According to Bazaarvoice, its technology is allowing Ice.com customers to contribute and browse product reviews on every item the company sells online. Bazaarvoice said the service includes its Ratings & Reviews feature. Founded in 1999, Ice.com's U.S. headquarters are in Champlain, N.Y.
