Syndiant Gains $3.5M

Dallas-based Syndiant, which is developing technology for enabling pico-projectors, said this morning that it has raised $3.5M in a funding round from the Texas Emerging Technology Fund. According to Syndiant, the Technology Commercialization Award from TETF will be used to advance production of its products, as well as add engineering staff at its headquarters. Syndiant's technology is being used to enable ultra-portable projection displays, which the firm said could be small enough to embed in a cell phone. More information »
