SailPoint Partners With Security Firm

Austin-based network security software developer SailPoint reported Monday that it has partnered with a Massachusetts-based firm to produce an integrated identity governance and privileged access control solution. SailPoint identified its partner as Cyber-Ark Software of Newton, Mass., which specializes in applications that limit fraud and security breaches originating from privileged administrator accounts. SailPoint said the combined offering will leverage its identity governance solution, Identity IQ, while also providing added protection from Cyber-Ark's Privileged Identity Management Suite.
