RenewData Gets $6.1M
Austin-based RenewData, a developer of electronic discovery and archiving software, has raised $6.1M in a funding round, according to regulatory filings by the firm this week. Details on the funding have not been announced by the company. The new funding appears to be related to the August acquisition of Digital Mandate by the firm, when it said it received funding from ABS Capital Partners and CIBC Capital Partners. $4.0M of the funding had been disclosed as part of a regulatory filing in July.
