AirWalk Raises $5.0M

Richardson-based AirWalk Communications, a developer of femtocell equipment for the cell phone industry, has raised $5.0M out of an ongoing, $6.5M funding round. The funding came to light through a regulatory filing by the firm. No details of the funding have been released by the company. The firm has previously raised funding from Alta Berkeley Venture Partners, Duchossois Technology Ventures, Korea Global IT Fund, Sevin Rosen Funds, and TL Ventures.
