Active Power Names International VP

Austin-based Active Power, a manufacturer of backup power systems, announced today that it has hired on a new international sales VP. The firm said that it has appointed Dietmar Papenfort as Vice President of Sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMA) and Asia. Papenfort joins the firm from AEG Power Solutions, where he was Vice President of Sales for Northeast Europe.
