CyrusOne Data Center Goes Live In West Houston

Data center provider CyrusOne reported Wednesday that it has opened up its West Houston data center, six months after breaking ground in June 2009. According to CyrusOne, it has opened up its 94,000 square foot facility and is ready for customer installation at the site, bringing its total data data center square footage in Texas to 480,000 square feet across seven facilities. CyrusOne has three data centers in Houston, on in Austin, and three in Dallas. The firm's West Houston data center is along the North West Beltway between the I-10 and 290.
