LibreDigital Adds MacMillan President To Board

Austin-based LibreDigital, a developer of service to help publishers convert their titles to electronic book formats, said today that it has named Brian Napack, President of publisher Macmillan, to its board of directors. Napack currently heads up Macmillan, a major publisher of books under a number of titles and subsidiaries. LibreDigital said that Napack has also served at such firms as The Walt Disney Company, Simon & Schuster, thinkBox, and K.E.K. Consulting. LibreDigital is supplying software used by book publishers to format and publish electronic and digital books. The firm is headed by Russell Reeder.
