Austin's Capital Factory Opens Apps
The Capital Factory, the Austin-based early stage startup accelerator, said Thursday that it has opened up applications for its 2010 program. The program--founded by Joshua Baer, Sam Decker and Bryan Menell--said it will run this year's program between May 27th and August 12th, with a deadline of April 2nd for applications. The Capital Factory is looking to help kick start startups, with a combination of $20,000 in funding, mentoring, and other help. Baer is founder of OtherInBox, Decker is Chief Marketing Officer for Bazaarvoice, and Menell is director of the Dachis Group and founder of Austin startup blog AustinStartup.
