Worksoft Buys TestFactory

Dallas-based Worksoft said Wednesday that it has acquired TestFactory, a provider of test software used for ERP implementations using SAP. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to Worksoft, the buy will bolster its domain knowledge related to SAP applications. The firm said it will use the acquisition to enhance its portfolio of application lifecycle management products and solutions.
