Worksoft: Best Q1 Ever

Dallas-based Worksoft, a developer of testing and lifecycle automation software for SAP, announced Thursday that it had its best ever Q1 in the company's history. The privately held firm did not disclose financials, but said the Q1 topped a record revenue performance in its fiscal 2009 year. The firm said it added a record number of customers, across segments including retail, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, technology and financial services. Worksoft is venture backed by Austin Ventures and Crescendo Ventures.
