Nutshell Mail Acquired By Constant Contact

Nutshell Mail, a developer of software for managing social networks through email with roots in Houston, has been acquired by Constant Contact. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Nutshell Mail, which recently moved from Houston to Palo Alto, was started by Houston natives Mark Schmulen and David Lyman. The firm recently moved to Silicon Valley after an investment from the Facebook fbFund.
