Conformity Raises $3M

Austin-based Conformity, a developer of software-as-a-service applications to manage cloud applications, said today that it has raised another $3M in its Series A financing. The firm said the additional financing was led by Guggenheim Venture Partners, and comes on top of an initial $3M raised in January 2009. Conformity said the funding will go towards product line expansion and sales and marketing. Conformity is headed by Tim Smith, and was founded in 2007. More information »
