Administaff Buys Software Firm ExpensAble

Houston-based human resources management firm Administaff announced today that it has acquired the firm behind expense report management software ExpensAble, OneMind Connect. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to Administaff, the acquisition cost and first year operations are "not material" to its 2010 results. Administaff said the buy would be a "strong addition" to its line of software-as-a-service products. ExpensAble offers both desktop and SaaS versions of its expense report management software.
