AT&T Sells Wayport's European Subsidiary

AT&T said today that it has completed its divestiture of Wayport Holdings A/S, the European subsidiary of Dallas-based Wayport, Inc., to Swisscom's subsidiary Hospitality Services Plus SA. The firm did not disclose financial terms of the transaction. AT&T said it continues to own and operate Wayport's former assets in the United States, which are used to provide Wi-Fi connectivity.
