Social Agency Adds Features To Spredfast
Austin-based Social Agency, which develops the Spredfast social media marketing software, said today that it has rolled out a number of new features for the platform. The firm said it has added new location-based services integration with Austin's Gowalla, integrated with sentiment analysis engine Crimson Hexagon, and also added social profiles. The firm said that the new social profile feature allows marketers to gain information about people who are engaging with the brand, the Gowalla integration allows marketers to see who is checking in at specific locations, and the Crimson Hexagon addition lets marketers apply sentiment analysis to social conversations about their brands. Social Agency is run by Ken Cho and backed by Austin Ventures.
