Spredfast Rolls Out New Social Customer Care Software
Austin-based Spredfast, the developer of social marketing software led by Rod Favaron, has rolled out a new product this week aimed at managing social interactions with customers. According to the company, its Spredfast For Social Customer Care is aimed at helping brand manage high volume social conversations with their customers. The company said it offers up dashboards, customized and automated workflows, analytics and reporting, and other features through the new product. Pricing on the new tool was not announced. Spredfast says customers nowadays expect brands to respond to queries on social within 30 minutes.
