Freeman Buys Las Vegas Firm

Dallas-based Freeman, the ubiquitous firm which helps run a large number of trade shows and exhibitions in the technology and other fields, said Thursday that it has acquired a Las Vegas audio visual equipment rental company. The firm said it has acquired Encore Productions, which provides A/V rentals at Las Vegas properties. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Freeman handles setting up trade show floors, booths, venues, and other coordination for many technology trade shows nationwide.
