Freeman Acquires Exhibit Surveys

Dallas-based Freeman, the provider of conference and exhibition logistics and services, said it has acquired market research and consulting firm Exhibit Surveys. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Exhibit Surveys was based in Red Bank, New Jersey. According to Freeman, the acquisition will help it continue to grow its resources to support strategy, design and digital, as part of its FreemanXP brand experience agency. Exhibit Surveys provides research and consulting on exhibitions and events for its clients.
