WMSG Acquired By Shutterfly

Dallas-based WMSG, a provider of print-on-demand and direct marketing services, has been acquired by Internet photo firm Shutterfly, Shutterfly said this morning. The asset deal was worth $6M in cash. Shutterfly said the acquisition will help it provide solutions for variable digital print marketers and other print-on-demand opportunities. WMSG's clients include Toyota and Dell. Shutterfly said that WMSG's President, Jim Liszewski, will join Shutterfly.
