PROS Holdings Names CEO

Houston-based PROS Holdings, a developer of pricing and margin optimization software, said Monday that it has named Andres Reiner as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Reiner replaces Bert Winemiller, who the firm says is retiring from his position and resigning from the company's board. Reiner has been at PROS since 1999, and was most recently EVP of Product and Marketing. Bill Russell, a current director of the firm, shifts to the Chairman of the board role at the company.
