Tango Health Gets $3M

Austin-based Tango Health, a provider of a web-based, Health Savings Account (HSA) management service for employers and employees, has raised $3M in a Series A funding round. The funding came from S3 Ventures and angel investors. Tango Health's services allow employers and employees to set up Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Angels in the funding round included Mike Turner (WaveSet), John Hime (Tivoli, MIPS, Sun Microsystems), and Kevin Cunningham (SailPoint). The firm was founded by Duncan van Dusen and Todd Praisner, who were both previously at Works.
