Tango Health Raises $4M
Austin-based Tango Health, the developer of Health Savings Account (HSA) management software headed by Duncan Van Dusen, announced this morning that it has raised $4M in a Series B funding. The funding round was led by S3 Ventures, and also included angel investor Mike Turner, who was the founder and CEO of Waveset. Both S3 and Turner are prior investors in the company. Tango Health said the funds go towards marketing and sales and to expand product development. Tango Health's software make it easier for employers to administer Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), the tax-advantaged accounts which help employees use pre-tax dollars to pay for medical and healthcare. Tango Health raised a $3M Series A back in November of 2010.
