Microtune Stockholders Approve Acquisition

Plano-based Microtune said Friday evening that its stockholders have approved the firm's acquisition by Zoran Corporation. The two had announced the move in September. The deal is worth approximately $166M in cash. Microtune is a developer of silicon tuners for the set top box and digital TV market.
