ShopSavvy Updates Android Beta
Dallas-based Big In Japan, the firm behind the popular ShopSavvy bar code scanning and shopping application, said Friday that it has released a new, updated beta of its software on the Android phone operating system. ShopSavvy said it has added new product search function inside the application, fixed the homescreen design for the Galaxy Tab and other large screen devices, among a number of other bug fixes. ShopSavvy allows users to use their cell phone cameras to take a picture of a bar code, and get price comparisons and information. Big In Japan is headed by Alexander Muse.
