Hodyon Acquired By Fallbrook Technologies
Round Rock-based Hodyon, a manufacturer of auxiliary power units for heavy trucks, has been acquired by California firm Fallbrook Technologies. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Hodyon, which has 28 employees, develops auxiliary power units which are used to power heating, air conditioning, lighting, and electronics in diesel trucks, when their engines are turned off. Fallbrook said that Hodyon would become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
