Buffalo Launches New Storage Product

Austin-based Buffalo Technology, the developer of storage and networking products, said today that it has launched a new Windows focused storage product. The firm said its new TeraStation Pro WSS Storage Server family is aimed at providing file serving capabilities for Windows workgroups and domains. The new products start at $1499 for 4TB of capacity, and includes features such as DFS replication, data deduplication, and hot swap SATA hard drives and failover Ethernet ports.
