Cypress Software Systems Acquired By Atlanta Firm

North Richland Hills-based Cypress Software Systems, a developer of loan origination software for community and regional banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions, has been acquired. The deal was announced by Atlanta-based credit services firm CRIF this morning. Financial detail of the buy were not disclosed. CRIF said that Cypress Software Systems becomes part of its ACTion business unit.
