Valence Technology Loses CFO

Austin-based Valence Technology, which develops battery and energy storage products, reported today that its CFO, Ross Goolsby, is leaving the firm. According to the company, Goolsby is leaving to "pursue other business opportunities". Donald E. Gottschalk, who is the company's Corporate Controller, will become acting CFO. Gottschalk has been at the firm since 2007.
