Valence Technology Delisted From NASDAQ

Austin-based Valence Technology, the developer of power storage systems, said late Monday that it has begun trading on the OTC market, after it was delisted from the NASDAQ Stock Market. The firm said it began trading as VLNC on the OTCQB. Valence was delisted from the NASDAQ, due to the company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing last week.
