INX Formally Delisted From NASDAQ
Dallas-based INX, which provides IP communications and data center services, said late Wednesday that it has been formally delisted from the NASDAQ. The firm's stock had been suspended in April. The firm said it has already filed a listing to relist its stock on the market. In the meantime, the firm is now trading over the counter as INXI. The firm said its original suspension from the NASDAQ was based on non-compliance with SEC reporting obligations.
