CyrusOne Breaks Ground On New Houston Data Center

Houston-based CyrusOne, the data center and colocation operator, said today that it has broken ground on an expansion of its Houston data center. The firm said it broke ground on its 92,000 square foot building, which it expects to have done by the third quarter of 2011. CyrusOne said the space was designed with customers in the oil and gas industry in mind. The new data center is LEED Silver certified.
